Project Overview
The project aims to improve lifetime performance and costs of heat pumps by using heat pump data to reduce friction between installer, customer and smart tech provider.
The HomelyLifetime project will enable a step change in proactive diagnosis, insights and communication of issues to installers and end users. Access to its data will enable new business models centred around “smart” service and support of heat pumps. This will consistently ensure that customers, installers and service agents have access to up-to-date information about the heat pump performance and provide timely notification about developing issues.
